Hello, my name is Alisha and I have a problem… They say Admitting your problem is the first step. Well, I’m addicted to shoes! Here are five pairs of shoes you need in your closet, to get you through Fall.
1. Booties- A good pair of booties can be worn in so many ways. You could wear them with jeans or even skirts and dresses. If you are on a budget and can only buy one pair stick to a neutral color that can go with anything.
These are really comfortable and a great color that goes with everything
2. Riding boots- Riding boots can also be versatile. They can be worn with leggings, jeans or dresses.
I find I wear my black riding boots the most because I love the way they look with leggings
3. Mules- These are the best. You slip them on and go.
These are a dupe for the mules I bought during the Nordstrom Anniversary sale last year.
4. Weather/rain boots- It’s no secret that it rains quite a bit during Fall. A pair of rain boots comes in handy and because they are waterproof they can even be worn in Winter.
I know there are rain boots for less money than Hunter boots. I liked these because they have an adjustable back which makes them fit over my calves. I have a problem with this due to my height.
5. Heeled tall boots/over the knee- Unfortunately I am too short to wear over the Knee boots, with my body type and height they have never looked right on me. However, if they work for you I highly recommend you purchase a pair. They are so chic looking with so many looks. However if you are smaller like me, then a pair of to the knee boots might work better.
I bought a pair of Naturalizer boots a year or two ago and they are comfortable and stylish.
Unfortunately, over the knee boots have never looked right on me. However if they work for you, you should really invest in a pair.
